QUOTATION REQUEST: The price of decals varies according to the size, shape, quantity and number of runs needed in the decal production.

ALL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED CUSTOM ORDERS: Each order will be estimated according to the size of each decal, colors and color placements, close registration, color trapping, multi color / single color, desired line weight, etc. Repeat orders will be produced at same rate as original order. PAYMENT IN ADVANCE UPON APPROVAL OF PROOF/ NO COD ORDERS

SPECIAL COLORS / EFFECTS: We can mix some colors but cannot predict the final outcome after firing ****Additional time delay and cost for mixing may apply.

If we do not have a color you need in house - we can special order it at additional time delay and cost if it is available for boro.

PRECIOUS METALS: We do not print precious metals at this time.

GUARANTEE:. We do not provide a refund after client has accepted the order. Due to variations in temperature, or other conditions in the application use of the water slide decals please be advised that we will not refund prepayment, We accept no liability for glass items if end result is not satisfactory. Application of decals must remove all water and allow to dry for at least 8 hours before entering kiln.

PRODUCTION TIME: Due to the complicated nature of the production of special water slide decals for glass orders will be produced in approximately 7-14 business days from date of approval of art and word to proceed from client either by email or text message.

ARTWORK SUBMISSION: Artwork that is not camera-ready may be subject accordingly to minimal art charges.

Please send preferably vector images, hi-res .jpg or pdf images may work if no other is available. before submitting your artwork. But we will try to include all art charges if we can.

We accept artwork in most formats. VECTOR, PDF OR .AI FILES PREFERRED. We may be able to use a .jpg if other format is not available to you.

We are able to resize artwork logos for you to dimensions required to fill a page size of either 9”x12”

In the case of multiple colors it is recommended that no colors actually touch. If they do touch it is necessary that client provides what is referred to as a ‘trapping color’..

OVER RUNS and UNDER RUNS: We reserve the right to over ship the order quantity billable to client.

COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK: Any artwork submitted by customer will be accepted as being legal property of customer designs in compliance with all copyright, trademark, service mark, right of privacy and similar laws. All artwork submitted to or asked to be created by Bajito Onda from or by Client is hereby deemed legal property of customer and that customer has all rights to duplicate or print same artwork. Customer agrees to hold Bajito Onda entirely harmless for any damages or expenses arising from claims for infringements of copyright, trademark, service mark, right of privacy and similar laws.
